Property giant Megaworld Corporation, the country’s largest developer and operator of homegrown Filipino hotel brands is building the 31-story ArcoVia Hotel, its second hotel development in Pasig City, which is poised to rise as its tallest homegrown hotel development to date, inside its 12.3-hectare ArcoVia City township along C5-Road. ArcoVia Hotel is scheduled for opening in 2029. The 31-story ArcoVia Hotel will have 339 hotel suites in various layouts, suitable for both families and corporate guests. Room styles and sizes include Twin Suites (up to 29 square meters), Queen Suites (up to 27.5 square meters), Junior Suites (34 square meters), Executive Suites (up to 54 square meters), and Presidential Suites (108 square meters). Additionally, the hotel will provide specialized Specially Abled Suites (34 square meters) for customers who require unique room arrangements throughout their visit. The suites offer views of the Metro Manila cityscape, including Bonifacio Global City and the Antipolo Mountains.
“We are delighted to introduce our newest development here in Metro Manila, which will be our 21st property and the tallest hotel development in Megaworld’s portfolio to date. This hotel really suits the world-class vibe of ArcoVia City, and will even delight future guests with an unimpeded view of the iconic Arco de Emperador,” says Cleofe Albiso, managing director, Megaworld Hotels and Resorts. The ArcoVia Hotel will be positioned right across the Arco de Emperador, in front of the two-tower ArcoVia Palazzo and the 45-story 18 Avenue de Triomphe. The hotel's front will have a Neoclassical architecture style, with symmetrical elements, classical columns, arches, and delicate ornamental moldings that match the Arco de Emperador. The building's architectural splendor will be enhanced at night by façade lighting that illuminates the structure from the podium to the roof deck. The foyer of the ArcoVia Hotel will include a grand staircase made of bronze and white marble tiles. A range of design features will reflect the seamless marriage of classical aesthetics and current Mediterranean inspirations, such as arched doors, gold accents, and Moroccan textures on contemporary furniture. The ArcoVia Hotel offers services and facilities on the second, third, and fifth floors. These include a swimming pool, a kiddie pool, a pool deck with lounge and dining places, an outdoor lounge and landscaped areas, a children's club, a wellness spa, wet and dry saunas, and a fitness center. The hotel will also include an Executive Lounge for VIP visitors only, where they may enjoy beverages and hors d'oeuvres throughout the day, as well as breakfast in the morning. The ArcoVia Hotel will offer a business center with workstations, a ballroom with a pre-function area for up to 300 people, two function rooms for up to 80 people, a meeting room, and an outdoor events area with an unobstructed view of Arco de Emperador. The hotel will also feature four (4) food and beverage outlets, including an all-day dining restaurant with both outdoor and private dining rooms, Zabana Bar & Lounge, an indoor pool bar with dining and lounge sections, and a specialty restaurant. On the ground floor of the tower, there will be a gift shop and several retail outlets facing the promenade on both sides. ArcoVia Hotel's underground parking floors will have bike racks, charging stations, and electric car parking slots to accommodate the rising mobility platforms. Megaworld Hotels & Resorts will manage and operate the ArcoVia Hotel, set to open in 2029. Megaworld Hotels and Resorts, the country's largest operator of native hotel brands, will debut its 21st hotel facility. Out of the 20 hotel properties launched, 12 are operational with approximately 5,000 hotel room keys: Richmonde Hotel Ortigas, Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, Richmonde Hotel Iloilo, Savoy Hotel Newport, Savoy Hotel Boracay, Savoy Hotel Mactan Newtown, Belmont Hotel Manila, Belmont Hotel Boracay, Belmont Hotel Mactan, Kingsford Hotel Manila, Twin Lakes Hotel in Laurel, Batangas, near Tagaytay, and Hotel Lucky Chinatown in Binondo, Manila.
