Gogoro Philippines is Getting Ready After Completing the Pilot Program for Smart Scooters and Battery Swapping

An astounding 3,316 kg of carbon dioxide were saved during the pilot test, 2,603 batteries were swapped, and 42,399 kilometers were cycled.

​Gogoro Philippines held an exclusive sneak peek on October 25 at the brand-new Gogoro Experience Center (GEC) at Greenbelt 4, Makati City, ahead of its official launch on November 7. Selected attendees of the aforementioned event were promised an immersive exploration of the cutting-edge technology that powers the Gogoro ecosystem.

​Gogoro's vice president of communications, Jason Gordon, outlined the company's international outlook.

We're excited to introduce these vehicles and battery swapping to the Philippines and enable a new smart and sustainable approach to urban transportation.”
