Filinvest Land, Inc., DTI, Signed a Lease Agreement for the Entire Filinvest Buendia Building

Filinvest Cyberparks, Inc. (FCI), Filinvest Land's office business arm, has inked a lease deal with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). FCI is leasing the entire Filinvest Buendia building to DTI. This move is part of DTI's objective to combine its numerous operating units, with the goal of increasing efficiency and convenience for both the department and its stakeholders. The building's handover is slated for next month.

The lease of 10,668.40 square meters illustrates Filinvest and DTI's joint commitment to supporting efficiency, innovation, and progress.

Filinvest Buendia, located in Makati's bustling Central Business District (CBD), offers 14 stories of prime office space designed to meet current needs. This Grade A building, strategically located on Gil Puyat Avenue, includes practical facilities such as a unitized curtain wall glass system and sensor-type bathroom fittings for sustainability. Functionality is key, with five passenger elevators providing continuous mobility, an energy-efficient Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air conditioning system, and a reliable emergency power supply. Improved security measures, such as turnstiles and a Visitor Management System, ensure a secure atmosphere. It also has an al fresco location on Jupiter Street, creating an outdoor ambiance within the urban landscape.

DTI's functional groups, including the Office of the Secretary (OSEC), Competitiveness and Innovation Group (CIG), Consumer Protection Group (CPG), and the Communications Office, are the ones set to move to Filinvest Buendia. This relocation offers heightened accessibility to DTI's services, benefiting both businesses and consumers.
