DoubleDragon Corporation's Hotel 101-Madrid Prime Property Just Became Even More Prime Following Formula 1's Official Announcement

DoubleDragon Corporation reported that the 6,593 square-meter property recently purchased by Hotel101 Global for the planned 680 Rooms Hotel101-Madrid in Valdebebas in Madrid, Spain, is located exactly next to the F1 Grand Prix Track that has been released by Formula 1.

Hotel 101-Madrid is currently the only upcoming hotel adjacent to the F1 Madrid Track, and it is planned to be one of the top five largest hotels in Madrid, Spain.
Following F1's announcement of the Madrid F1 Grand Prix, DoubleDragon anticipates a significant increase in the value of its prime commercial site, potentially leading to faster sales. The Hotel 101-Madrid project is estimated to generate around €143.3 million in condotel sales revenue (₱8.8 billion pesos).

Hotel101 Global now owns prime land in Valdebebas, Madrid, Spain. The property is located on Avenida Fuerzas Armadas and is surrounded by landmark buildings. It is a 3-minute walk to the Valdebebas Train Station, a 4-minute walk to the IFEMA convention complex, a 5-minute walk to the Real Madrid Sports Complex, and a 7-minute walk to the new Madrid Barajas International Airport.

Formula 1 formally confirmed Friday night, January 23, 2024, that the Spanish Grand Prix will be contested in Madrid beginning in 2026, following an agreement with MADRID IFEMA to build an all-new track including street and non-street portions. It has been more than 40 years since the last Formula One race was held in Madrid, so this news is very welcome. The 2018 Grand Prix in Madrid is expected to have a capacity of more than 100,000 each day, making it one of the largest F1 venues on the calendar.

Hotel 101-Madrid is anticipated to begin building in March 2024 and be completed in Q4 2025, just in time for the 2026 Formula One Grand Prix in Madrid, Spain.
