Axelum Resources Corp. Seals Multi-Year Deal with The Vita Coco Company

One of the world's largest coconut water brands, Vita Coco, and Axelum Resources Corp., the country's top fully integrated manufacturer and exporter of premium coconut goods, inked a multi-year agreement. With this contract renewal, two industry leaders who are well-positioned to profit from the steady growth of the global coconut water market in the upcoming years have formalized their strategic relationship.

The size of the global coconut water market was estimated at US$ 6.57 billion in 2022 and is expected to increase at a compound annual growth rate of 16.1% from US$ 7.63 billion in 2023 to US$ 25.18 billion by 2031, according to the most recent SkyQuest Technologies report. Growing health-conscious consumers who choose non-traditional drinks and are becoming more aware of the nutritional advantages of coconut water are the main factors driving the rising market demand.

Axelum was Vita Coco's first supplier outside of Brazil in 2009. Some of Vita Coco's best-selling products, including Farmers Organic, Pressed Coconut Water, and Original Coconut Water, are made at Axelum's cutting-edge, ultra-high-temperature processing facility, which is expertly overseen by committed staff. In order to meet Vita Coco's long-term demands for increased volume, Axelum recently put a new filling machine into service, increasing its current production output.
