Haus Talk, Inc. (HTI) succeeded the groundbreaking ceremonies for two new projects in Antipolo City that are adjacent to one another, marking a significant step toward addressing the region's need for affordable housing. Antipolo is the cornerstone of HTI's development success, as it has solidified its base and acquired important knowledge about homeowner wants. The Hammond, a 1.6-hectare economic complex of single-attached townhomes in Barangay Hinapao, Antipolo, was formerly known as Eastview Residences—Hinapao Project. Although the location is in a more tranquil part of town, getting to major shopping centers is a short journey. The design aesthetic and community planning that HTI pledges to provide are what have caused earlier Haus Talk projects in Antipolo, such as Celestis 1 and 2, and Eastview 3, to sell out rapidly. On the site, 161 units with a basic cost of P3.6 million will shortly be constructed.
HTI's first foray into vertical or condominium building is Ellery Homes (previously known as Eastview Residences-Condominium Project). A one-hectare plot across The Hammond will soon see the construction of two four-story towers. The 144 units will be available for a significantly cheaper starting price of P1.8 million. It seeks to keep premium specifications at the most competitive price. The development guarantees the safety and comfort of its occupants by skillfully fusing high-quality construction with useful functionality. Despite being conveniently accessible, Antipolo provides a calm getaway from the bustle of the city due to its elevated elevation and natural surroundings. Because of this, residents all across Luzon want to live there. HTI is dedicated to improving Antipolo's appeal as a place to live by offering premium units at more affordable costs. When The Hammond and Ellery Homes go for sale in the third quarter of 2024, many people will find it easier to realize their dream of living in Antipolo. According to HTI's projections, The Hammond is expected to generate P580 million in revenue. HTI's cautious revenue generation projection for Ellery Homes is roughly P260 million. Haus Talk, Inc. (HTI) is a residential real estate developer whose projects in property development are found in Antipolo City, Laguna, Cavite and Metro Manila. It had its beginnings in 1994 when the Madlambayan family set out to build well-designed and well-constructed houses for the first-time Filipino homeowner.
