Vitarich Corporation Renews Deal with Luzon Agriventure Inc.

​The Board of Directors of Vitarich Corporation, during its regular meeting held on March 20, 2025, approved, confirmed, and ratified the renewal Contracts to Buy (Breeder) with Luzon Agriventure Inc. (LAVI), including the renewal, amendment, extension, or additions thereto, pertaining to the Corporation’s supply of feeds to LAVI and the latter’s supply of hatching eggs to the Corporation in the farms being operated by LAVI located in Lucban, Quezon.

The feeds that the Corporation will supply will be used by LAVI in raising breeder chicken for them to produce hatching eggs, which VITA shall buy from LAVI. The Board of Directors also approved the authority of the Corporation’s Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Reynaldo D. Ortega, and the Corporation’s Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, Ms. Alicia G. Danque.
