On April 3, 2025, Union Bank of the Philippines (UBP) completed the update of its US$2 Billion Medium Term Note (MTN) Programme (the Updated Programme). The Bank’s MTN Programme, with an original size of US$1 Billion, was established in November 2017, followed by a maiden Senior Notes issuance of US$500 Million. The Programme limit was increased to US$2 Billion in October 2020, followed by a successful issuance of US$300 Million Senior Notes. Under the Updated Programme, the Bank may from time to time issue, offer and sell foreign currency notes. The notes shall be issued in such form, amount, currency, tenor, number of tranches, at such interest rate, and under such other terms and conditions as the Bank may subsequently determine or approve.
