STT GDC Philippines Tops Off Largest Carrier-Neutral Data Center Campus, on Track for Phase 1 Operations by Q2 2025

ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) Philippines, the joint venture of Globe Telecom, Inc., Ayala Corporation, and ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, announces the topping off of STT Fairview 1, the first building in the country’s largest carrier-neutral and sustainable data center campus. The event marked the completion of the data center’s structural framework, a milestone towards its first-phase activation by the second quarter of next year.

The STT Fairview campus has a total design capacity of 124 megawatts. This new site will meet the growing needs of hyperscalers and AI companies that require high power capacity, modern cooling technology, and secure and dependable data center services.

STT Fairview 1 will become one of STT GDC Philippines' seven data centers in the Philippines, with a total design IT capacity of more than 150 MW and all running on 100% renewable energy in Metro Manila, Cavite, and Davao.
