Sotern Land Acquired 2 Real Properties in Quezon City

​Sotern Land Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arthaland Corporation, have purchased two parcels of land (618 and 625 square meters) located in Barangay Loyola Heights, Quezon City for a consideration of P154,000,000.00 and P111,607,142.86.

Sotern will establish a residential condominium development on the subject properties.

Parties agreed on the purchase price at a mutually acceptable consideration with due regard to present market values.
