SM Prime Lists Series Y, Z, and AA Retail Bonds

SM Prime Holdings, Inc. has listed its P25 billion fixed rate retail bonds on the Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. (PDEx) on February 25, 2025.

The issuance, consisting of Series Y, Z and AA bonds due in 2028, 2031 and 2035, respectively, marks the second tranche of SM Prime’s P100 billion Shelf Registration of Fixed Rate Bonds approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

SM Prime Holdings, Inc.​ (SMPH) is one of the largest integrated property developers in Southeast Asia that offers innovative and sustainable lifestyle cities with the development of malls, residences, offices, hotels and convention centers.
