SM Investments Corporation Increases Dividend Payment to Stockholders by 20%

A significant increase in the dividend payment to shareholders was declared by SM Investments Corporation (SM Investments). The Board of Directors approved a 20% increase in dividend payout from the previous year, in response to a year of solid performance and strategic growth initiatives.

SM Investments declared an increase in dividend payout to P11.0 billion or P9.00 per common share from P9.2 billion or P7.50 per common share in favor of stockholders on record as of May 9, 2024. The dividends are payable on May 23, 2024.

“For the third year in a row, we have substantially raised our dividends, which now meet the levels we achieved before the pandemic. This is the result of the strong performance by the group," SM Investments President and Chief Executive Officer Frederic C. DyBuncio said.
