Robinsons Hotels and Resorts to Invest Over 10 Billion Pesos in Hotel Development

Robinsons Hotels and Resorts (RHR), Robinsons Land Corporation's hospitality business, plans to dramatically increase its premium and ultra-luxury portfolio with a P10 billion investment over the next several years, adding over 990 room keys to its collection.

​This strategic expansion includes the launch of the ultra-luxurious NUSTAR hotel brand in Cebu, the introduction of the Grand Summit lifestyle brand in key locations, and the much-anticipated opening of a second branch of Fili, the first and only Filipino-owned five-star hotel brand, in Bridgetown, Metro Manila.

The high-end NUSTAR hotel is an exquisite, sophisticated establishment built to appeal to discerning local and international visitors seeking personalized and extraordinary hospitality experiences.

The Fili Hotel, the first Filipino five-star hotel brand, complements this by demonstrating Philippine hospitality excellence. The flagship Fili at the NUSTAR Resort complex has already received recognition, winning the Best Hospitality Architectural Design award at the 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.

Its second branch will soon rise in the vibrant Bridgetowne Destination Estate, next to the Opus Mall and the towering 'The Victor' statue, further cementing the Fili brand’s reputation for delivering world-class luxury with a distinctly Filipino heart. Continuing this legacy, upcoming properties in Cebu and Pangasinan will elevate the brand even higher: Grand Summit Cebu will enhance the offerings of the NUSTAR Resort complex, while Grand Summit Pangasinan will bring its brand of upscale hospitality to the Ilocos region, perfectly complementing the retail, service, entertainment, and dining establishments of the nearby Robinsons Place Pangasinan, an expansive 6-hectare mall owned and operated by RLC's Robinsons Malls.
