RLC's AmiSa Private Residences Tower D Tops Off

Robinsons Land Corporation’s Residential Division, RLC Residences, completed the structural phase of AmiSa Private Residences Tower D in Lapu-Lapu City, Mactan, Cebu, marking substantial progress toward providing homeowners with serene coastal living and panoramic sea views.

The ceremony was attended by senior RLC Residences executives, including John Richard Sotelo, Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager for RLC Residences and Chief Marketing Officer of Robinsons Land; Engr. Emmanuel Arce, Vice President and Head of Construction Management 1; and Karen Cesario, Senior Director, Marketing Head, and Chief Integration Officer, along with key project partners.

Launched in 2022, the 16-story Tower D will feature studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units designed to maximize natural light and ventilation, offering residents picturesque views of Magellan Bay, Olango Island, and Hilutungan Channel. Units will incorporate generous windows and glass balcony railings to enhance the coastal living experience.

Residents will have access to premium amenities, including a Sky Lounge on the top floor, a private theater, grilling and picnic areas, a game room, clubhouse, swimming pool, jogging path, and private gym facilities.
