The agreement was signed on May 27, 2026, at Cyberscape Alpha in Ortigas, led by Teddy V. Bernas, Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager of RLC Residences, and Keny Chang, President and CEO of Bahaideals.com. The partnership brings together the thoughtfully designed residential portfolio of RLC Residences, and Bahaideals.com’s digital platform for global Filipinos seeking reliable property opportunities in the Philippines.
