RL Commercial REIT, Inc. (RCR), Philippines' largest REIT in terms of geographical reach, posted an unaudited P2.25 billion revenues to jumpstart the first quarter of 2025, (excluding the effect of the fair market value in change in investment properties). This reflects a strong top-line growth of 58% versus same period last year driven by the 13 properties infused and sustained occupancy rates at 96%. RCR maintained its robust financial position with Assets totaling to P114.06 billion (unaudited), Shareholders' Equity of P109.48 billion (unaudited), and remains debt-free.
"RCR continues to reap the benefits of its massive asset infusion last year. In Addition, RLC's recent overnight block placement of its RCR shares amounting to P6.21 billion, paves the way for RCR to expand its portfolio," said Jericho P. Go, President and CEO of RCR. 1Q 202 Regular Cash Dividends Declared RCR Board has approved the declaration of its 1Q 2025 regular cash dividend amounting to P0.1047 per outstanding common share. RCR continues to declare increasing dividends (QoQ) since its first declaration. RCR has declared a total of P1.65 billion cash dividend, which is more than 90% of its distributable income (unaudited). The cash dividends for the 1Q 2025 will be payable on 30 May 2025 to stockholders on record as of 20 May 2025. RCR's dividend policy is to distribute at least 90% of its distributable income, in compliance with the REIT Law. Continued Growth and Increase in Market Capitalization RCR's current Gross Leasable Area (GLA) has significantly increased by 72% from 480K sqm (pre-infusion) to 828K sqm (includes 539K sqm of office spaces and 289K sqm of mall spaces), present in 18 key cities and locations across the Philippines, wuth 29 assets (17 office assets and 12 mall assets). Currently, the Sponsor, RLC still has over 1.3 million sqm of malls GLA, more than 250K sqm of offices GLA, almost 300K sqm of logistics GLA, and approximately 4K hotel room keys that may be infused into RCR in the future. Aside from this, RCR continues to be on the look-out for potential assets for acquisition from third parties. RCR's market cap as of April 30, 2025 is P102.14 billion based on the closing share price of P6.50. |
