RCR Continue to Declare Higher Cash Dividends Vs Previous Quarter

​RL Commercial REIT, Inc. (RCR), Philippines' largest REIT in terms of geographical reach, posted CY 2024 unaudited net income of P6.13 billion (excluding the effect of the fair market value change investment properties), 38% higher than same period last yar driven by the recent 13 properties infused and steady occupancy rates at 96%.

RCR Board has approved the declaration of its 4Q 2024 regular cash dividend amounting to P0.1010 per outstanding common share. RCR continues to declare increasing dividend (QoQ) and remains by far to be the only Philippine REIT Company to achieve this feat. RCR has declared a total of P0.4261 dividends per share for CY 2024 which included a special cash dividend of P0.0260. Further, RCR has declared a total of P5.71 billion cash dividends, which is more than 90% of its distributable income (unaudited).

Tha cash dividends for the 4Q 2024 will be payable on 28 February 2025 to stockholders record as of 20 February 2025. RCR's dividend policy is to distribute at least 90% of its distributable income, in compliance with REIT Law.

As of 2024, RCR's GLA is 828k sqm (includes 539k sqm of office spaces and 289k sqm of mall spaces), present in 18 key cities and locations across the Philippines, with 29 assets (17 office assets and 12 mall assets).

The Sponsor, RLC still has more than a million sqm of malls GLA, more than 250k sqm of office GLA, more than 200k sqm of logistics GLA, and approximately 4k hotel room keys that maybe infused into RCR in the future.

RCR's market cap as of January 31, 2025 P93.34 billion based on share price of P5.94.
