Raslag Corp. and PELCO I Signed the 15 MW Power Supply Agreement (PSA)

Raslag Corp. (ASLAG) and Pampanga I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (PELCO I) signed the 15 MW Power Supply Agreement (PSA) during the Ceremonial Signing event at Marriott Hotel, Clark Field Zone, Pampanga, on 30 April 2025.

​As required by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), the parties shall be jointly filing the application for the approval of the PSA. The PSA has a term of 10 years, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions of the PSA and upon approval by the ERC.

The Ceremonial Signing marks a significant milestone in the parties’ shared commitment to advancing clean and sustainable energy in Pampanga. The PSA formalizes ASLAG’s role in supplying renewable energy generated from its solar power facilities, specifically RASLAG-4 solar power plant, to PELCO I, supporting the cooperative’s efforts to provide reliable and environmentally responsible electricity to its consumers. This partnership aims not only to strengthen the local energy supply but also to reinforce both parties’ dedication to promoting energy security and sustainability in the region.
