Primex Realty Signs Hotel Management Agreement with Dusit International

Primex Realty Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly listed developer Primex Corporation is thrilled to announce the signing of a hotel management agreement with Dusit International, one of Thailand's leading hotel and property development companies. This partnership marks an exciting new chapter in the company's commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and expanding their portfolio in the luxury hospitality sector.

​Under this agreement, Primex Realty will collaborate closely with Dusit to manage and operate Dusit Greenhills Manila, a stylish upper upscale 200-key property which is set to open around the end of 2026 in Greenhills San Juan, Manila. The hotel will occupy the top 10 floors of Primer Tower, a 50-storey landmark mixed-use development that will also feature premium offices and retail spaces.
