​Filinvest Development Corporation (FDC) reported a net income attributable to equity holders of the parent company of P11.5 billion in the first nine months of 2025, representing a 21 percent increase from the net income generated in the same period last year of P9.5 billion. Consolidated net income rose by 19 percent to P14.3 billion from P12.0 billion in the same period in 2024. The profit growth was broad-based, with all segments - Banking, Real Estate, Power, Hospitality and Sugar - posting double-digit increase.

Security Bank Corporation (PSE: SECB) total revenues in the first nine months of 2025 (9M-2025) grew 22% year-on-year to P48.8 billion. Net profit increased 7% year-on-year to P9.1 billion.

Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) continued its strong financial performance in the first nine months of 2025 (9M 2025), posting a net income after tax (NIAT) of P2.10 billion, a 17%increase from P1.80 billion in the same period in 2024. Amidst a muted discretionary spending environment, the Company’s 9M25 systemwide sales posted a 14% YoY growth rate, buoyed by the company’s strategic investments in global network expansion.

Megawide Corporation’s net income during the period reached P501 million – representing 92% of full year 2024’s net income. This came from revenues of P12.3 billion, contributed mainly by the construction business, with significantly increasing contribution from the real estate segment and steady share from landport operations.

​Ayala Corporation’s (“Ayala” or “the Company”) core net income, which excludes one-off items, was steady year-on-year at P36.6 billion. Meanwhile, core net income for the third quarter of 2025 sequentially improved 4 percent to P12.8 billion on the back of higher contributions from BPI and Ayala Land, and supported by the Company’s portfolio businesses, specifically AC Health, AC Logistics, Integrated Microelectronics (“IMI”), and iPeople.

AREIT, Inc. (AREIT) posted total revenues of P9.5 billion and Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) of P7.0 billion, up 34% and 37% year-on-year, respectively. Net income, excluding the net fair value change in investment properties, reached P7.0 billion, a 39% increase from the same period in 2024.

Listed fuel distributor and retailer Top Line Business Development Corp. (“TOP” or the “Company”) has sustained its strong growth momentum in the first nine months of 2025, posting P3.09 billion in gross revenues, up 26.9% year-on-year from P2.44 billion in the same period last year. Net income rose 21.1% to P109.57 million, from P90.51 million, driven by triple-digit growth in retail fuel sales and double-digit expansion in commercial fuel trading.
