PAL warns the public to be vigilant when receiving SMS messages that claim to be from Philippine Airlines (PAL) and invite you to click on a link to redeem gifts or bonuses. These messages are fake. They do not come from PAL. Instead, they are part of a scam—a phishing attempt designed to steal your personal information and compromise your data privacy. What you should do:
PAL stated they will never send an SMS message asking you to redeem miles by clicking a link. The Company communicate any Mabuhay Miles updates via [email protected] and [email protected] Official announcements are published through the Official PAL Website and PAL Facebook Pages.
