PH1 World Developers’ One Lancaster Park Records Strong Sales

PH1 World Developers, Inc. (PH1WD), the property development arm of Megawide Construction Corp., recorded robust sales for its residential community in the province of Cavite.   

One Lancaster Park (OLP), a multi-tower development nestled in a 10-hectare area in Lancaster New City, Imus, Cavite – posted a 96% and 60% take-up for its first two (2) towers, respectively. Recently launched Tower 3, which features PH1WD’s proprietary add-loft technology that offers extra space at no extra cost, is also gaining a warm reception, with sales topping 30% just one (1) month after its official launch in January 2025. Tower 4 is scheduled to be unveiled towards the latter part of this year.

The soon-to-be-operational Phase 1 of the Cavite Bus Rapid Transport (BRT) System, which parent firm Megawide is currently developing, will further boost connectivity.

The Cavite BRT System project includes the operation of a P2P (point-to-point) route, with an alignment of 42 kilometers stretching through Imus, General Trias, Tanza, Kawit, Trece Martires, and its surrounding areas. Phase 1 will be composed of three (3) terminals and 27 stations, with the P2P service connecting non-stop to PITX. This project is seen to boost accessibility and viability of OLP and PH1’s other projects in Cavite, like the Southscapes, as perfect alternatives for comfortable living and breathable spaces.
