Petron Corporation Bags Exclusive Supply Agreement with Yanson Group of Bus Companies

​Petron Corporation marks another milestone in its fuel supply portfolio after bagging 100% of the diesel supply requirements of the Yanson Group of Bus Companies (YGBC) for the second half of 2024.

In a MOA signing held last July 11 at YGBC’s main office in Mansilingan, Bacolod City, the agreement was formalized between YGBC and Petron for the latter to supply diesel to YGBC’s 3,600 bus units currently in operation nationwide.

The signing was led by Petron Vice President for Industrial Sales, Mr. Virgilio V. Centeno and YGBC Vice President for Treasury & Supply Chain, Mr. Ronald Ian T. Galimba, CPA. The event was also witnessed by top executives from both parties.

This new development came after Petron was awarded an exclusive supply contract for YGBC’s lube oil requirements for a period of 3 years starting last year.
