Owner's Engineer for the Raslag Liwayway 100MWac Solar Power and Battery Energy Storage System Project

Raslag Corp. (ASLAG), through a rigorous process conducted by its Bids and Awards Committee, has formally awarded Greencity Energy Philippines Inc. (GCE) as Owner’s Engineer of ASLAG subsidiary, RASLAG Liwayway, Inc, for the Raslag Liwayway 100MWac Solar Power and Battery Energy Storage System Project to be constructed at Barangay Liwayway, Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija.

GCE and its German-led expert team shall be ASLAG’s trusted technical partner to take on the role of Owner’s Engineer, with responsibilities that include Project Development, Design Review, Procurement Support, Construction Supervision, Testing and Commissioning Support, and Operations and Maintenance Transition. The deployment period shall be 18 months, subject to adjustment by the parties.

GCE is a specialized consulting and advisory firm recognized for its expertise in renewable energy, with a particular focus on photovoltaic technologies. Its core services include Owner’s Engineer Services, Lenders’ Technical Advisory, and Project Development Services on a global scale. It has has served as developer, owner’s engineer, and project manager for over 1 GWp of cumulative PV power plant capacity worldwide.

With the above engagement, the parties envision building a solar power plant that is designed with utmost safety and efficiency, adhering to both local and international laws, codes, standards, and industry best practices, with professional and meticulous quality management, ensuring a reliable and sustainable energy solution.
