 Lufthansa Technik Philippines (LTP), a joint venture of MacroAsia Corporation and Lufthansa Technik AG, in its regular board meeting on March 7, 2025, has declared a USD 10 million cash dividend payable on or before March 31, 2025, to MacroAsia Corporation (49%) and Lufthansa Technik AG (51%). MacroAsia’s share in this dividend declaration is USD 4,900,000. Lufthansa Technik Philippines specializes in base maintenance while also offering tailored line maintenance services and supports with a broad range of other integrated MRO services for cost-efficient and reliable flight operations.
Lufthansa Technik is a leading provider of aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, and modification services for civil aircraft, from commercial to VIP and special mission aircraft. MacroAsia Corporation (MAC) is a leading provider of aviation-related support services in the Philippines. The group mainly operates thru three main subsidiaries, in which in-flight catering, ground handling and aircraft maintenance are the main line of businesses. MAC has also ventured into natural resources development, particularly in projects involving water distribution and treatment. |
