Powered by GPT-4.0, the improved chatbot is expected to increase staff productivity and simplify internal procedures even more. CHIB GPT 2.0 is smarter, quicker, and more precise, allowing it to handle a larger range of queries and basic to complicated operations. CHIB GPT 2.0's improved data onboarding and integration capabilities enable it to extract information from a greater range of internal knowledge sources. This guarantees that replies are both relevant and tailored to the individual needs of employees.
One important element of CHIB GPT 2.0 is the use of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology, which allows for real-time access to trustworthy information sources, ensuring employees receive the most accurate and up-to-date information possible.
