Keepers Net Income Grew 13.7% to P1.62 Billion in H1 2025

Lucio Co-led The Keepers Holdings Inc. (Keepers), the largest imported liquor distribution in the Philippines, delivered another strong performance for the first half of 2025 with net income of P1.6 billion growing 13.7% versus P1.43 billion same period the previous year driven by the strong sales volume performance from the imported brandy segment.

​Keepers recorded consolidated revenue for the first half of 2025 amounting to P9.04 billion, a 17% growth versus the previous year on the back of a 22% growth in volume of cases sold for the period. This was driven principally by Alfonso, the leading imported brandy in the market, which has already surpassed its pre-pandemic levels, a premiumizing market and on-premise channel rebound.

The Board has recently approved management’s proposal to incorporate a subsidiary to establish a chain of retail outlets dedicated for alcoholic beverages and related products.

The Keepers has also recently acquired 50 percent of Cervia Global Trading Inc. marking a strategic entry point into the premium local spirits market and at the same time supporting Philippine home-grown products. This also positions the company for growth in international markets. Cervia is behind Sula, which produces flavored liqueur in coconut, dark chocolate and coffee flavors, using ingredients grown in the Philippines.
