Jollibee Group Opens First Jollibee Store in Oregon, Marking a Joyful Milestone in the Pacific Northwest

The Jollibee Group continues to grow its global footprint with the opening of Oregon state’s very first Jollibee store in Hillsboro, marking an exciting milestone for the beloved restaurant brand. Located at 10875 N.E. Cornell Road in the bustling Tanasbourne Village Shopping Center, the new store officially welcomed customers on May 30, 2025, drawing long lines of fans eager to be part of the brand’s Oregon debut.

The new store exceeded expectations, with Day 1 sales surpassing targets by 132%. Menu favorites that flew out of the kitchen included the brand’s iconic Chickenjoy fried chicken, Peach Mango Pie, Jolly Spaghetti, and Chicken Sandwich.

The Hillsboro store is Jollibee’s latest step in its North American growth journey. It follows the brand’s recent openings in Tacoma, Washington (WA) in October 2023 and Seattle, WA in June 2024—with more locations slated to open in key U.S. cities including San Francisco, CA and Queens, NY. Guests from Oregon can now enjoy dine-in, take-out, and drive-thru service, with online ordering to follow in the coming weeks.
