PLDT Enterprise strengthens its long-standing partnership with JDN Realty Group to support the company’s transformation from a traditional real estate and utilities business into a tech-ready regional powerhouse. Through a suite of integrated digital solutions, PLDT Enterprise is enabling JDN Realty Group to meet the growing connectivity demands of business process outsourcing (BPO) and ICT tenants while elevating its retail and commercial property operations across Luzon.

​Established in Pampanga, JDN Realty Group is one of North Luzon’s most respected family-led conglomerates, with interests in real estate, electric cooperatives, and water utilities. The company has been a PLDT Enterprise customer for over a decade, with collaborations that span retail hubs in Angeles City as well as Alaminos and Dagupan, Pangasinan.

As part of JDN Realty Group’s expansion into the BPO sector, PLDT Enterprise provides SIP Trunk solutions to Regus, a global provider of flexible workspace solutions and tenant at the Nepo Center in Angeles City.
 
This reflects JDN Realty Group’s strategic shift toward serving the ICT sector—a move that aligns with regional development trends and the national government’s push for countryside digitalization.
