IMI Completes Sale of Czech Republic Manufacturing Facility

​Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI) announced the completion of the sale of its 100% equity interest in Integrated Micro-Electronics Czech Republic s.r.o. to Keboda Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of Keboda Technology Co., Ltd., a publicly listed company based in China. Keboda is a leading system solution provider for automotive intelligent and energy-sufficient electronics components.

As disclosed on June 4, 2025, the transaction was executed through IMI’s subsidiary, Coöperatief IMI Europe U.A. After successful completion of all conditions pertinent to the transaction, the deal officially closed on July 31, 2025. The total consideration amounts to €10,025,567, subject to post closing adjustments.

This strategic divestment is in line with IMI’s ongoing efforts to streamline its global manufacturing footprint. With this transaction, IMI is better equipped to enhance operational efficiency, increase facility utilization, and drive overall profitability in the region. High value customers that were previously managed by the Czech facility have been successfully transitioned into IMI’s Bulgaria and Serbia manufacturing sites.
