IDC's Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, IDC Homes Inc., Signs Two Joint Venture Agreements

The Board of Directors of Italpinas Development Corporation authorizes its subsidiary, IDC Homes Inc., to enter into joint venture agreements in Palawan and Misamis Oriental.

​Here are details of the JVA:

• Joint Venture Agreement with Ms. Ma. Antonieta C. Marcelo to develop a 78,870 sq. m. property into a mixed-use subdivision project in Brgy. Caniguran, Puerto Princesa City.
• Joint Venture Agreement with Mr. Arsenio B. Manuta to develop a 9,288 sq. m. property into a mixed-use condominium project in Brgy. Quezon, Gitagum, Misamis Oriental.
