IDC's Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries, IDC Prime and IDC Homes, Signs Five Joint Venture Agreements

The Board of Directors of Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) authorizes its subsidiaries, IDC Prime and IDC Homes, to enter into a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA).

​JVA between IDC Prime Inc. and Calvin Ryan and Harley Benson O. Coherco to develop a 3,200 sq.m property into a condotel building in Boracay, Aklan. The Project is a 5-storey condotel Development Located in Brgy. Balabag, Malay Aklan. The project will be subject to permitting and test results.

JVA between IDC Homes Inc. and Calvin Ryan and Harley Benson O. Coherco to develop a 150,032 sq.m. property into a subdivision project in Mexico, Pampanga. The project will be subject to permitting and test results.

JVA between IDC Homes Inc. and Calvin Ryan O. Coherco to develop a 2,000 sq.m. property into a 6-storey mixed-use condominium project in Bancao-Bancao, Puerto Princesa. The project will be subject to permitting and test results.

JVA between IDC Homes Inc. and Shin-Osaka Holdings Corporation to develop a 5,377 sq.m. property into a 2 tower 4-storey mixed-use condominium project in Tagburos, Puerto Princesa. The project will be subject to permitting and test results.

JVA between IDC Homes Inc. and Calvin Ryan O. Coherco to develop a 7,663 sq.m property into a 2 tower 4-storey condominium project in Tiniguiban, Puerto Princesa. The project will be subject to permitting and test results.
