IDC Prime Enters a Joint Venture Agreement with AV Pamatong Trading & Construction

​The Board of Directors of Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) authorized its wholly owned subsidiary, IDC Prime Inc., to enter into a joint venture agreement with AV Pamatong Trading & Construction Inc. This JV will enable completion of Primavera City Phase 3 (Citta Grande), in a vastly more cashflow-efficient manner.
