Haus Talk to Acquire 13.6 Hectares of Property Located in Antipolo, Rizal

The Board of Directors of Haus Talk, Inc. (HTI) approved on May 13, 2025 the acquisition of 5 parcels of land in Antipolo, Rizal with an aggregate area 135,980.5 square meters from the National Steel Corporation (NSC).

The Property is registered in the name of NSC which is currently under liquidation, and all transactions involving the properties and assets of NSC are handled by the court appointed Liquidator. There is no restriction on the disposal of the Property, but the same is subject to the condition that proceeds from the sale will be distributed by the Liquidator in accordance with the Liquidation Plan of NSC approved by the SEC on March 18, 2003. Given that NSC is heavily indebted to numerous creditors, there can be potential claims from creditors. However, HTI shall ensure that the interests of its stakeholders are sufficiently protected from liabilities attached to the Property or to NSC, prior to execution of the Deed of Absolute Sale.

This transaction will expand HTI's land portfolio and reinforce its vision of becoming the most valued and recognized property developer that provides "value for money" residential real estate projects by investing in prime land locations.

The Property is a discontinued project of NSC with existing land development. Currently, the area where the Property is located is zoned as "residential". HTI intends to develop the Property into a residential subdivision project and commercial development project.

The Property is envisioned to be HTI’s next promising development project in the Rizal area, and is expected to bring in revenues of approximately 4.9 Billion Pesos. Land development for the area is expected to commence by the 4th Quarter of year 2025.
