Google AdSense: Monetize Engaged Users with Offerwall

Google AdSense has introduced the "Offerwall" feature to help publishers diversify their monetization strategies and boost revenue.

What is the Offerwall Beta program?

The Offerwall Beta program will give you an opportunity to boost your revenue from your most engaged users. You can efficiently monetize users who frequently visit your site, opening up additional revenue streams.

How does it work?

• Users access content on your site until they reach a pageview threshold (set by you). When the threshold is reached, users will see your Offerwall.
• If the user chooses to view a short ad, a video or image ad will play for 30 seconds or less.
• Following the completion of the ad, the user will be granted access to your site again.
• If the user chooses not to view a short ad, access to your site will be restricted until their page views reset the following month or until they choose to view the ad.

How to get started?

To set up an Offerwall, log in to your Google AdSense account, then select the Privacy & Messaging tab and click the Offerwall card.

How to customize your Offerwall message?

You can customize several aspects of your message including logo, language and message texts. You can also control when and where your message shows with page inclusions & exclusions and by adjusting the frequency threshold.

How can I view my Offerwall’s performance?

Head to the Reports tab, and create a new report broken down by ad format. Your performance can be viewed under the “Reward” ad type.
