GMA Network Announces the Retirement of Ms. Lilybeth Rasonable

​In a PSE Disclosure today, February 12, 2025, GMA Network has announced the retirement of SVP for Entertainment Group Ms. Lilybeth G. Rasonable, effective March 1, 2025.

Lilybeth G. Rasonable is the Senior Vice President of the Entertainment Group of GMA Network, Inc. She heads the production of the Network’s entertainment programmes.

Ms. Rasonable earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines. She is a key figure in the creation of GMA’s ground-breaking hits such as Mulawin, Encantadia, My Husband’s Lover, the Philippine adaptation of Descendants of the Sun, the live-action adaptation of Japanese anime Voltes V, Maria Clara at Ibarra, Running Man Philippines, Royal Blood, All-Out Sundays, and most recently, Pulang Araw, among many others. These shows have contributed to GMA’s unprecedented success in its quest for leadership in the Philippine broadcasting industry.

Ms. Rasonable is a Glory Awardee for Television Arts from the University of the Philippines’ College of Mass Communication, and a Trustee of the GMA Kapuso Foundation.
