FLI's One Filinvest Welcomes Multinational Pharmaceutical Getz Pharma as Newest Tenant

One Filinvest, the newest LEED Gold-certified premium office building of Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI), strategically located in the center of the Ortigas Central Business District (CBD), has recently opened and welcomed its first tenant. Getz Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Getz Pharma) occupies a total gross leasable area of 1,100 square meters in One Filinvest.

Getz Pharma is a global pharmaceutical company focused on developing, manufacturing, and marketing high-quality medicines which operates in over 25 countries. It views the relocation as a strategic step to bolster its operations and serve its expanding client base more effectively.
