FLI and KMC Expand Partnership with FLX Launch at PBCom Tower

Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI), one of the country’s leading real estate developers, and KMC Solutions, the Philippines’ largest flexible workspace provider, marked a new milestone in their joint venture with the official launch of the second FLX site, this time on the 33rd floor of PBCom Tower.  ​

Our Space Solutions, Inc. (OSSI), the joint venture company of FLI and KMC, establishes, operates, and manages premium flexible workspaces carrying the brand “FLX” across the Philippines. Its first site at Filinvest Axis Tower One in Alabang quickly reached full occupancy, reflecting strong demand for premium flexible workspaces.

The launch was marked with an “Opening Night Socials” celebration, joined by KMC leadership including CEO Parikshat Nagpal, Co-founders Michael McCullough and Atty. Amanda Carpo, COO Tracy Ignacio, VP of Workplace Solutions KC Tamayo-Gamboa, and VP of Marketing Gian Reyes, alongside FLI leaders Atty. Maria Vistoria Beltran, FLI Chief Legal Counsel, representing FLI President and CEO Tristan Las Marias, and Maricel Brion-Lirio, President of Filinvest Offices. The event culminated in a ceremonial ribbon-cutting with Makati City Councilor King Yabut, symbolizing the project’s contribution to the city’s dynamic business landscape. Earlier in the day, an Open House and Media Lunch welcomed media partners, potential clients, and tenants, who experienced guided tours of the premium workspace.
