FILRT Secures Major Wins at 2025 FIABCI PHL Property and Real Estate Awards

Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT), the first sustainability-focused REIT in the Philippines, was once again honored at the 2024 FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards with four distinctions, affirming its focus on sustainable and high performing office developments.

FILRT received the Gold Award for Outstanding Developer in Sustainable Development and the Silver Award in the Office Category for Vector Three. Simultaneously, Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI), the sponsor of FILRT was also awarded the Gold Award for Outstanding Developer in the Office Category and the Silver Award in Sustainable Development for Axis Tower Two. 

The recognitions were given to Vector Three and Axis Tower Two, both Grade A, green-certified office developments situated in Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Alabang. Both buildings are LEED Gold-certified, meeting international benchmarks for resource efficiency and environmental performance. Axis Tower Two also holds a WELL Core certification, emphasizing features that support occupant well-being. FIABCI lauded both properties for their advanced building systems, environmentally responsive design, and ability to maintain uninterrupted operations within a PEZA-registered IT park.

Presented annually by the Philippine chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), the Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards recognize developments that exemplify strong design, innovation, and environmental stewardship. FILRT’s recognition underscores its focused approach to sustainable real estate and long-term value creation.
