Filinvest REIT Corp. Signs Office Expansion Deal with New York-Based BPO Leader

​Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT) entered another lease expansion agreement with the NASDAQ-listed operations management and analytics company, EXLService Holdings, Inc., for an additional 1,750 square meters of office space in Filinvest Two, Northgate Cyberzone in Alabang.

​EXL initiated its partnership with FILRT in 2014 with a 5,200 square meters lease in Plaz@ E Building also at Northgate Cyberzone. The company has since renewed its contract with FILRT twice. The latest expansion into Filinvest Two highlights EXL’s ongoing success and strategic growth in data and artificial intelligence.

Both Filinvest Two and Plaz@ E, which are part of the FILRT portfolio located within the Northgate Cyberzone in Filinvest City, Alabang, are powered entirely by renewable energy. At present, 94 percent of the FILRT portfolio is powered by renewable energy.
