Filinvest Land, Inc. Secures NBI Office Lease Contract

Filinvest Cyberparks, Inc. (FCI), the office business arm of Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI), has won the bid competition to lease office space for the National Bureau of Investigation's (NBI) Main Office on March 19, 2024.

In order to improve its workspaces and operations, NBI will lease premium office premises at Filinvest Cyberzone Bay City (FCBC) in Pasay City. The NBI will occupy nine floors with a total gross leasable space of 23,595 square meters across two towers in the office complex. Following a competitive bidding procedure, FCI's proposal emerged as the most compelling, with the lowest calculated price among 11 proposals from ten participants.

Following inspection and examination, the offered leased premises were post-qualified and determined to be compliant with the NBI requirements outlined in the bidding documents. On June 24, 2024, NBI formally granted the Notice to Proceed and performed another site inspection led by the organization's newly appointed Director, Ret. Judge Jaime Santiago.

The NBI will move into new offices on the 3rd to 9th floors of Building C and the 8th and 9th floors of Building D. FCBC will also provide 464 parking spaces to guarantee easy access for both NBI employees and guests.

FCBC is a four-building mixed-use development strategically located along Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard in Pasay City, making it highly connected from major thoroughfares such as the Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue (EDSA), Roxas Boulevard, and Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard to various points of the metro.
