Filinvest Land Approves Peso-Denominated Fixed Rate Bonds Up to P12 Billion

​The Executive Committee of Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) approved the offer and issuance of the Philippine Peso-denominated Fixed Rate Bonds of up to P12.0 billion, with a maturity period of up to ten (10) years.

This latest bond issuance will be the second tranche out of its P35.0 Billion Shelf-Registered Philippine Peso-Denominated Fixed Rate Bonds of the Company approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
 
The Executive Committee of the Company has further authorized the Management to evaluate all aspects relating to the proposed offering of the Bonds, including the determination of the timing thereof.
