 On 17 June 2025, the Board of Trustees of Far Eastern University (FEU) approved an additional equity investment of eleven million four hundred twenty-eight thousand six hundred pesos (P11,428,600.00) in Higher Academia, Inc. (HAI), an educational institution that offers secondary and tertiary education in San Fernando, Pampanga As a result of such investment, FEU will acquire an additional One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Six (114,286) shares of common stock in HAI. After such, the total shares owned by FEU will be Two Million Nine Hundred Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Six (2,914,286), which is equivalent to fifty-one percent (51%) of the total outstanding capital stock of HAI.
