EEI Power, MORE Power Strengthen Partnership in Transforming Iloilo’s Energy Infrastructure4/7/2025 EEI Power Inc. (EEIPC), the energy arm of construction giant EEI Corporation, recently supported MORE Power’s 5th Anniversary and sponsored its “KuryenTee Golf Tournament” held at Iloilo Gold and Country Club, Iloilo City. The proceeds of EEI’s sponsorship were directly donated to Homeless Peoples Federation Philippines Inc. Back in 2020, throughout the pandemic, EEI Power partnered with MORE Power to develop the 25/30MVA MORE Molo Substation in Molo, Iloilo City. In October 2024, EEI Power also supported MORE with the design and rehabilitation of the same station.

Together, we’ve successfully delivered innovative projects like the Molo Substation, showcasing the power of collaboration in driving progress and ensuring reliable service for our communities,” said Roel Castro, President and CEO of MORE Power. MORE Power is the electric distribution utility in Iloilo City by virtue of Republic Act 11212 or “an act granting more electric and power corporation a franchise to establish, operate, and maintain, for commercial purposes and in the public interest, a distribution system for the conveyance of electric power to the end users in the city of Iloilo, province of Iloilo, and ensuring the continuous and uninterrupted supply of electricity in the franchise area”. MORE Power has been a leader in the power business since its foundation, providing its clients with outstanding electrical services. The organization has been dedicated to quality, innovation, and client happiness for the past five years. EEIPC is a PCAB “A” licensed electro-mechanical contractor by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board. It is an active market player in providing Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Solutions, and other services such as electrical supply and installation; electrical preventive maintenance; and, repair, rehabilitation and upgrading of electrical equipment and facilities, among others.
