EEI Corporation Secures P1.6-B Real Estate Deals, Signaling Strong Start to 2026

Artist’s Perspective of The Crown Residences and The Crest Residences at Tierra Davao

Construction giant EEI Corporation was recently awarded major real estate construction projects with a combined total of P1.6 billion. The projects were awarded during the first two months of the year, indicating a strong start for EEI.  

EEI President and Chief Executive Officer Henry D. Antonio affirms that the new projects bring EEI closer to meeting its 2026 order book targets and reinforce its presence in the high-growth residential and hospitality construction segments. 

“This is a positive development to start 2026. With these residential and hospitality projects, we push our diversified portfolio further to regional markets and expand our capabilities to build sustainable communities throughout the country. This will not only fuel the industry with more jobs but will also help our real estate partners build spaces that elevate the lives of people through innovation,” said Antonio. 

EEI was tapped for the construction of Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation’s Crown Residences, a 21-storey residential tower, and Crest Suites, a 21-storey mixed-use development tower, both located in Tierra Davao.  

Crown Residences is set to have expansive wellness facilities along with 322 residential units. Crest Suites, a hospitality investment property, will have 16 floors of condominium-hotel units and three floors of residential condominium units, with a combined count of 260 units.  

Propelled by a growing pipeline of projects, EEI expects to see a year of steady financial performance and successful partnerships with companies in various sectors.
