D&L Industries recognized for its good governance, wins ACGS Golden Arrow Award for the 6th consecutive year

D&L Industries was once again recognized by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) for its exemplary corporate governance practices based on the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS). This marks the 6th consecutive year that D&L has been honored in the Golden Arrow Awards, receiving three (3) Golden Arrows this year—an improvement from last year’s two-arrow recognition. The awarding ceremony was held on October 23, 2025, at Okada Manila.

The Golden Arrow Awards recognize publicly listed companies that have achieved high scores in the ACGS assessment, reflecting their adherence to the principles of good corporate governance. The ACGS measures company performance in key areas such as facilitating the rights and equitable treatment of shareholders, promoting sustainability and resilience, fostering strong stakeholder relations, ensuring transparency and accountability through timely disclosure of material information, and providing effective board leadership and oversight.

ICD is a non-stock, not-for-profit national association of corporate directors and other stakeholders engaged in corporate governance. Its mission is to champion good corporate governance and stewardship for the benefit of the society. It aims to be the key catalyst in the Philippine corporate governance ecosystem for inclusive and sustainable development.
