DigiPlus reports P8.4 billion net income for first half of 2025, spearheads PlaySafe Alliance of the Philippines to promote responsible gaming

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. (DigiPlus), operator of digital entertainment platforms BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone, recorded a net income of P8.4 billion for the first six months of the year, a 61 percent increase from the same period in 2024.

The company’s performance reflects continued growth in its retail games segment, as well as contributions from new product offerings and operational efficiencies.

Total revenues rose 47 percent to P47.78 billion from P32.56 billion in the same period last year, supported by increased business activity and the rollout of new games and licenses approved by PAGCOR. EBITDA for the first half reached P9.09 billion, up 65 percent from P5.51 billion a year ago. In the first half of 2025, DigiPlus remitted P18.4 billion in government taxes and regulatory fees.

For the second quarter alone, net income was P4.20 billion, representing a 30 percent year-on- year increase. Revenues reached P24.71 billion, up 31 percent, while EBITDA rose 32 percent to P4.50 billion. These figures were driven by new game offerings across DigiPlus’ platforms.

During the second quarter, DigiPlus was also recognized on two fronts: included for the second consecutive year in the Fortune 500 Southeast Asia list, underscoring its position among key regional businesses, and awarded Digital Operator of the Year at the 2025 Global Gaming Awards Asia-Pacific. These recognitions highlight the company’s continued efforts to deliver world-class digital entertainment, drive innovation, and uphold its commitment to global responsible gaming standards.

BingoPlus Foundation awards 130 scholarships, aids 3,310 patients, and commit to typhoon season relief ops

Alongside its business growth, DigiPlus deepened its commitment to responsible progress through BingoPlus Foundation with key initiatives including the FutureSmart Program that awarded scholarships to 130 students for IT and digital entertainment education; the KalusuganPLUS Program that held medical missions reaching 3,310 patients, and a Financial Literacy program for 115 residents in Manila, focusing on public transport drivers and street vendors.

Since the second quarter, BingoPlus Foundation had also been preparing for relief operations in anticipation of the typhoon season and other calamities, and in July, allocated Php5 million in family packs and rice cabans for distribution to affected communities and resource mobilization centers.

Spearheading “PlaySafe Alliance of the Philippines” to raise the bar for responsible online gambling

Now in the second half of the year, as the Philippine online gambling industry undergoes heightened scrutiny and legislative review, DigiPlus assumes a wider industry role in leading the fight against illegal gambling and championing a safer and more sustainable online gambling industry for the Filipino nation.

On August 7, 2025, DigiPlus joined the Interim Council of the PlaySafe Alliance of the Philippines which was formally signed into agreement by 19 founding organizations.
