 DigiPlus Interactive Corp. (PLUS) will debut as a PSE index (PSEi) constituent starting August 18, 2025. It will replace Bloomberry Resorts Corporation (BLOOM) in the 30-company PSEi, which is composed of the most liquid and well capitalized listed firms on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE). BLOOM will be the substitute for PLUS in the PSE MidCap index, which will also see the addition of Asia United Bank Corporation and OceanaGold (Philippines), Inc. (OGP) as well as the removal of GMA Network, Inc. and Petron Corporation.
The PSE Dividend Yield index, on the other hand, will see the entry of The Keepers Holdings, Inc. and Puregold Price Club, Inc. These securities will take the place of Figaro Culinary Group, Inc. and Universal Robina Corporation. “The results of the July 2024 to June 2025 review are based on the Exchange’s existing criteria for index inclusion,” said PSE President and CEO Ramon S. Monzon. Aside from liquidity and market capitalization criteria, a publicly listed company should have a free float level of at least 20 percent of its outstanding shares. PSE also considers relevant financial criteria in evaluating the index composition. Among the sector indices, only the Property index will stay intact. The Financials and Holding Firms indices will see the addition of National Reinsurance Corporation of the Philippines and ATN Holdings, Inc., respectively. The Services index will have one security taken away from its constituents, Pacific Online Systems Corporation. The Industrial index will have three new members namely Concepcion Industrial Corporation, Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation, and Vitarich Corporation. Basic Energy Corporation, EEI Corporation, and Max’s Group, Inc. will be removed from the same index. Finally, Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company and OGP will be included in while Benguet Corporation will be excluded from the Mining and Oil index.
