DigiPlus Interactive Corp. Recorded P3.2 Billion in Net Income for Q22024

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. (DigiPlus), the fastest-growing digital entertainment group in the country, posted a net income of P3.2 billion in the second quarter of the year, expanding 389% from a year ago.

DigiPlus’ sustained profit momentum was fueled by the robust performance of its digital retail segment combined with the rationalization of revenue sharing with Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for electronic games implemented in April 2024.

Revenues jumped 295% from its year-ago level to P18.9 billion on higher user traffic combined with fresh contribution from new game offerings. Meanwhile, EBITDA surged 351% year-on-year to P3.4 billion.

Meanwhile, for the first half of the year, DigiPlus registered a net income of P5.2 billion surging 377% from P1.1 billion in the same period a year ago. Revenues soared 263% to P32.5 billion from P8.9 billion. EBITDA, on the other hand, reached P5.5 billion, jumping 336% from the previous year.
