Converge ICT Solutions Inc., a leading fiber broadband and technology provider, is aiming to revolutionize the hospitality sector in the Philippines by implementing cutting-edge technologies that will enhance hotel guests' experiences.

​During the association's 30th anniversary celebration, Converge CEO and Co-Founder Dennis Anthony Uy recently informed the members of Hoteliers Information Technology Association of the Philippines Inc. (HITAP), a guild of IT executives from the country's best hotels, about this exciting development in the industry.

By providing technologies that enable both efficient operations management and excellent hotel services, Uy stated his intention to further encourage digital transformation among stakeholders in the hotel business.

“Our innovative hotel technology is already underway with the forecasted full recovery in our tourism. We are building not just the technology, but the whole ecosystem to support our local hospitality sector,” he said.

The CEO of Converge reminisced that the Mimosa Clark Hotel in Pampanga was among his initial clients, providing him with a thorough understanding of the technological requirements of hotel establishments.

As a result of his observations of the growing need for in-room entertainment, Converge has developed a comprehensive solution that combines operations management, connectivity, and a variety of streaming alternatives for visitors.
 
“All of these, we are incorporating in a single platform as made possible by our digital infrastructure. The technology is an all-in-one solution, making things a lot more convenient and easy, you would no longer ask for more,” he added.
 
Uy stated that Converge, with its top-notch and vast network infrastructure and well-established presence across the country, is prepared to assist hotels and other accommodation firms wherever they may be.

The Converge Workplace Hotel Management Solution, an all-in-one management system that streamlines various hotel operations like check-in and check-out, reservations administration, and sales channel tracking, was revealed by Converge last year.
